Every custom job starts the same way – you send over what you’ve got, whether that’s a worn original part, a rough sketch, or just a description of what you’re picturing. We measure, model, and redesign it digitally before anything gets printed, so fitment is right the first time rather than guessing.
This pair of Audi wheel hubs is a real example: the customer’s original hubs, redesigned from scratch and reprinted to match the factory fit and finish. The same approach applies to any one-off, for example badges, housings, replacement parts, or anything you can’t just buy off a shelf.

How it’s done
Four stages, file to finished piece
We lock in design and colour before anything prints, so there’s no adjusting either mid-run.
01 · Design & software
Model or source the file, then prep it in the slicer and plan the plate.
02 · Colour & material
Spool picked now — PLA or PETG, chosen for the job, since colour alone doesn’t decide performance.
03 · Printing
Filament dried first, then batched on the plate — heated chamber, dual nozzle.
04 · Finishing & QC
Supports off, then a paint pass if needed, checked and packed.
